SEND

At Airedale Infant School we believe all children are special individuals. Airedale Infants strives to be a fully inclusive school and does not discriminate against children on the grounds of academic ability, physical ability, gender or ethnic origin. As a result in this school we support children with a range of special educational needs.

Through our teaching we aim to inspire each and every child to develop their individual talents through rich and positive learning experiences.

All members of our school team will care, guide, empathise and work to support all aspects of learning and teaching for each and every child at Airedale Infant School.

Admissions
Pupils with SEN are admitted to the school on the same basis as any other child as long as the school has the necessary resources to meet the special educational needs of the pupil.
